Our AAW Internship program is a key part of our commitment, offering hands-on experience and skill-building opportunities to the bright minds of Kuwait.

We recognize our employees who go above and beyond through the AAW Olympics, our annual program that honors exceptional performers with awards and certificates. By recognizing the hard work and dedication of our employees, we inspire everyone to give their best every day.

We aim to bring fun and excitement to our employees through AAW Sports programs by organizing regular sports events for them, such as football, basketball, and padel.These activities improve interaction, communication, foster a competitive spirit, and promote physical health. Our goal is to create a strong bond and a sense of community among our employees, making work a more enjoyable experience.

We are constantly committed to encouraging well-being and preventive care for our employees and partners, which is why we started the AAW Care initiative. Our objective is to provide regular health checks, including blood pressure and blood testing, as well as to increase awareness about health conditions like cancer. Through these activities, we aim to ensure the safety and health of our people.

We recognize and appreciate the diverse talents and skills of our employees. Our AAW Talents program is a platform for uncovering these skills, such as singing, performing, or acting.
